Join Starhotels and become part of the Maintenance Team as a Repair and Maintenance Attendant at our Hotel President in the heart of Genova.

You will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and according to the hotel's operating standards.

Your responsibilities include :

1. Promptly addressing inquiries across departments.
2. Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage.
3. Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments.
4. Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors.
6. Adhering to safety regulations, especially in storing hazardous substances.
7. Applying your industry knowledge and experience in hotel operations.
8. Possessing proficient electrician skills and relevant technical qualifications.
9. Having plumbing expertise and qualifications will be considered a plus.
10. Being flexible to work in different shifts: weekends, holidays, and rotational night schedules.
11. Demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively.
12. Delivering top-tier customer service.
13. Handling various work scenarios with versatility.
14. Being enthusiastic about both individual and team tasks.
