Job Description: MANUTENTORE ELETTROMECCANICO

Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, a branch in Magenta (MI), is seeking for a manufacturing company part of an important group:

Position

The candidate will be responsible for routine and extraordinary maintenance of production plants, machinery, and molds, ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults, implementing improvements on production lines, and collaborating with the team to optimize workflows. Additionally, detailed reports on activities and equipment conditions will be required.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

Experience as an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical maintenance technician, preferably in manufacturing companies, is required. Knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, diagnostic tools, repair skills, problem-solving, emergency management, teamwork, and good communication are essential.

Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with a gross annual salary between €30,000 and €36,000, based on experience.

Location: Near Abbiategra... (continue as needed)

Work hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, initially daytime, then split shifts (6-14 / 14-22).
