ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and with H&S, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
• Assess and operate all lines within the production facility.
• Identify and lead improvement activities on production lines.
• Assist the Shift Leader in resolving sporadic process quality issues by implementing and monitoring corrective actions.
• Perform necessary verification checks throughout operations and maintain relevant documentation according to TS16949 and local control plan requirements.
• Investigate non-conformance causes related to machine, materials, and process failures to reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Shift Leader or Director of Manufacturing.
• Understand the environmental impact of their role.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, as well as in a team environment.
• Effective use of the metric system.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Qualified to operate a forklift.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using Kaizen methodology.

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (one month days, one month nights).
• Ability to stand and move continuously for long periods.
