Job Title: Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $21.50-$22

Shifts: 12-hour shifts days/nights

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing functions associated with wafer production operations, including set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment. You will collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustments and ensure process optimization. Participation in safety protocols and culture is required. Assignments are routine, with work performed within narrowly defined parameters, requiring limited judgment. Detailed instructions will be provided for all work, and training others may be required to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized processing equipment in a clean room environment.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while working in the factory.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift loads up to 25 lbs.
• Stand or sit for up to 9 hours per shift.
• Push carts for at least 500 meters.
• Work over 80% of the time in a clean room wearing full-body protective suits.
• Work on a compressed schedule with 12-hour shifts alternating between three and four days per week.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (to be completed by start date).
• Proficiency with computers and software such as Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
