British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator in Trieste.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Day-to-day coordination, preventive checks of data flows between systems.
• Checking adherence to agreed processes; continuous improvement.
• Addressing data quality problems and ensuring root causes are fixed.
• Supporting department SMEs in troubleshooting complex problems (but not taking away responsibility from department SMEs).
• Designing, testing and upgrading systems, while working closely with IT.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Experience with systems such as ERP, MES, Track & Trace, Labware, data collection is nice-to-have.
• Proven experience with working with systems in Production environment is required. Formal education in IT is NOT a must.
• Good communication skills required, including skills to explain complex issues in a clear way.
• A person that is structured and can teach others how to properly execute procedures.
• A person that enjoys working with systems and likes to investigate complex problems.
