Mission

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the hierarchical management of teams of operators and department heads within a production plant.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage Manufacturing Team Leaders and operators.
• Ensure that Department Heads, in collaboration with other corporate bodies,:
• Properly train new employees.
• Verify the correct use of PPE where required.
• Ensure the suitability of the post to the employee's skills.
• Guarantee compliance with contractual rules, company policies, 5S, SPS, and Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to balance workload and resources, ensuring the Service Quality Level required by customers and achieving sector and company objectives.
• Organize training sessions to enhance technical and productive skills, versatility, and interchangeability of personnel.
• Adjust production programs to manage delivery priorities, material shortages, or plant shutdowns, minimizing negative impacts on service level and productivity.
• Ensure full execution of production plans in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Oversee support functions on priority actions, resolving encountered problems.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Experience in Product Management, technical support, or training in the security sector, preferably in multinational companies or well-organized environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT and TLC.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills.
