O-I cerca un Manufacturing Solution Analyst (Junior/Regular) per supportare l’uso e l’innovazione delle applicazioni di produzione negli stabilimenti in Veneto. L'incarico prevede lavoro con business, IT e partner esterni per garantire soluzioni efficaci e allineate agli obiettivi operativi.

Si richiede laurea pertinente e almeno 3 anni di esperienza, con inglese fluente e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo all'interno di un team globale.

• Esperienza con sistemi/manufattura e disponibilità a lavorare in contesto globale.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the deployment, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications used across our production facilities worldwide. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs, deliver technology solutions, and ensure our manufacturing systems continue to support operational excellence. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs and support the delivery of manufacturing technology solutions.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Global Manufacturing Information Systems across production facilities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline manufacturing processes through technology and system enhancements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, and create user, operational, and technical documentation.
• Scope, test, and implement application upgrades, new features, and system improvements based on business demand and technology roadmaps.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end users while building trust through responsive and effective problem resolution.
• Contribute to global projects, share knowledge with team members, and participate in on-call support activities as required.
• Participate in system support activities, including occasional 24x7 on-call support as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems or manufacturing applications.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment.

Additional Information

Reports To Title: Service Delivery Manager - Manufacturing Applications

Travel requirements: 20 - 25%

Salary Range: The expected salary for this position is between €40,000 and €50,000. The final salary package may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
