Vodafone Automotive cerca un ingegnere con focus sul Design e sviluppo del processo per ottimizzare produzione e costi. Ruolo chiave nel passaggio design-produzione e gestione delle migliorie secondo metodologie Lean.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria, esperienza in produzione medio-piccola e competenze in PFMEA, APQP e PPAP; si offre smart working, assicurazione sanitaria e premi di risultato.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equipollente.
• Esperienza in gestione produzione in contesti di medie dimensioni.
• Conoscenza approfondita di FMEA e PPAP in automotive o consumer.

Mansioni

• Assicura lo sviluppo di processi in linea con APQP e piano di progetto.
• Definisce flussi di processo e mappe di stato per nuovi e esistenti prodotti.
• Gestione PFMEA e piani di controllo; verifica report.

Descrizione del lavoro

Role purpose:

He/She is responsible to assure a smooth transition of products from the initial design phase to the high volume manufacturing phase, up to the end of life.

He/She will be in charge of the Process Design and Development, according to the Lean Manufacturing rules, in order to enhance product performance and functionality, to improve quality and manufacturability and to recommend changes to reduce the overall manufacturing cost of a product.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Assures manufacturing process development work outputs in line with APQP and project plan:
• Define and development the processes flow of new and exsisting products according to Lean Manufacturing Rules and industry 4.0 methods.
• process FMEA and control plan;
• process verification reports (also provided by other team members);
• operator work instruction;
• process final qualification and readiness.
• Guides the design of the production flows and PFMEA analysis of new products bringing to the attention of the product designers the performance data of the manufacturing equipments.
• Supports Quality and Manufacturing team during PPAP and Customer audit.
• Drafts high level technical specification for Tool Design team to enable the design and construction of assembly and test tools and equipments.
• Responsible for corrective actions and/or improvement on processes issued.
• Collaborates with all the team/function involved with the aim to release to the production the equipment and the process according to the performance level foreseen.
• Report on the progress of projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
• Workstation optimization based on Lean approach.
• Develop, implement and support cultural change across the organisation and drive improvement based on Lean approach.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Excellent ability to team work, Leadership and decision making.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Six sigma, Kanban.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes such as electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Excellent understanding of Quality Standards required in mass Automotive or Consumer product manufacturing (FMEA).
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (or related titles), experience gained in management within medium-sized production contexts.
• Electronics or Mechanical background

• Delivery Project on time on cost 99%.
