Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler I to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri). Environmental Conditions: Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure materials and resources are available for scheduled production runs.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of planning and scheduling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
