Une entreprise leader dans le domaine des machines alimentaires recherche un planificateur pour optimiser les opérations de production. Le rôle inclut la gestion des ordres et la collaboration entre différentes fonctions pour atteindre les objectifs de sécurité, qualité, livraison et coût. Le candidat idéal possède un Master en ingénierie et une expérience solide dans le domaine mécanique, avec des compétences en Lean/Six Sigma.

Competenze

• Master Degree en ingénierie ou équivalent.
• 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine mécanique (avantage pour le secteur alimentaire).
• Italien courant requis.

Mansioni

• Planifier et prioriser les opérations pour garantir une utilisation maximale des ressources.
• Gérer et suivre l'état des ordres de production.
• Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.

Sidel is looking for a Planner, part of the Plant organization, who accordingly to company procedures and lean methodology, has to drive all activities related to the scheduling of production for Manufacturing departments, optimizing the workload and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) vs resources available (machines and people).He/She will cooperate with all the support functions (Technical department, Methods&Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Sourcing) in order to achieve the targets of SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).

Your Mission

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum utilization of resources optimizing department’s contribution according with the workload and the target.
• Manage prioritize and follow up the status of production orders from the release to the closure.
• Coordinate all the activities in order to reach the targets for each production order.
• Interface between Production and the other functions.
• Contribute to the initiatives of continuous improvements in a transversal way among the plant organization.
• Analyse issues & deviations from standards with RCA, define and implement preventive & corrective actions.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

• Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Italian speaking is a must.

Required experience and skills:

• 3 years of experience in mechanical field (food/beverage machinery is an advantage).
• Leadership skills and strong sense of teamwork.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
• SAP knowledge.
