Your opportunity

Machining operator, according to company procedures and lean methodology, has to machine and turn the components of equipment and contribute to all activities performed in the workshop. Through experience and training, apply new skills in order to cover different requirements.

Your Mission

1. Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals.
2. Implement shift change process and smooth the production flow.
3. Operate GTM milling and GTC lathe machines to produce high-quality components.
4. Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and process manuals to understand the type of machining methods. Analyze drawings and specifications to determine program input data, such as reference point, cutting speed, feed rate, and cutting depth.
5. Identify the list of mechanical items, such as tools, jigs, and fixtures that would be necessary for the manufacturing methods.
6. Study and understand specific information relating to the mechanical aspects of the particular machining processes.
7. Ensure that each part is correct and according to the drawing and specifications; if not, discuss with method engineers and quality engineers to solve the quality problem and send it back to production if the fault is minor and can be corrected by rework.
8. Prepare the consumable list for machine maintenance and assist in ordering consumables to ensure maintenance of quality.
9. Assist and execute quality control reports according to Sidel standards.
10. Diagnose manufacturing problems, establish solutions, and execute updates in accordance with engineering and methods.
11. Maintain time and production operation information in SAP or other systems as required.
12. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
13. Report unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior. Take corrective actions.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
15. Any other task assigned by management.

Your Profile

• College or Technical school degree.
