Poltrona Frau | In Motion in Tolentino (MC) seeks an Operations Coordinator to support project launches and ensure manufacturing readiness for mass production. The role reports to the Lean & Readiness Manager and collaborates across functions to align prototyping, planning, and scheduling with the PM.

Responsibilities include coordinating prototypes, pre‑series, and series ILCs, implementing lessons learned, and developing new technologies with Engineering.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in a technical discipline.
• Knowledge of Office 365 package.
• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) and strong English (B2-C1).
• Knowledge of production processes for saddlery.
• Use of 2D graphic modeling software.
• DFMEA/PFMEA analysis.
• Workstation balancing.
• Ability to statistically analyze data.

Mansioni

• Appointed at the Kick‑Off meeting as part of the APQP team.
• Responsible for project planning in alignment with the PM.
• Define prototypes (modeling) coordinated by the PM.
• Plan start‑up phases in line with PM requests.
• Ensure presence of pre‑series and series ILCs created by Engineering.
• Implement lessons learned during the APQP process.
• Develop new technologies with RID Manager and Engineering.
• Inform about receipt of raw materials ordered by the PM.
• Inform about the product type defined for the project.
• Ensure presence of tools/equipment required for production.
• Ensure readiness of the RDS/production schedule for production.
• Define layouts and refine workstations with Engineering.
• Provide production support during the pre‑series phase.
