Job summary

Parker is seeking a Financial Analyst in Gessate, Italy to provide analytical, reporting, planning and project support for the FCCE division. You will partner with colleagues to deliver financial insights and drive improvements, reporting to the Division Controller Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, English fluency, and 0–4 years of manufacturing experience. Strong Excel/Office skills and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• 0-4 years of working experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
• Ability to work and actively collaborate in a team-based environment.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems; Power BI and SAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish sales statistic reports and dashboards for the leadership team with commentary as needed.
• Develop and publish financial reports and dashboards for leadership with commentary as needed.
• Support planning processes for monthly Rolling Forecast and annual Plan.
• Support month-end closing and cost accounting activities as required by Company policy.
• Support Accounts Receivables analysis.
• Assist plant in cycle counts.
• Participate in projects and kaizens as directed.
• Coordinate compliance reviews for system access (SAP, Ariba, etc.), credit memos, procurement and travel cards, etc.
