Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Novara, Italy

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a company in the food industry located in Novara, Italy. The manager will oversee the Technology and Maintenance departments and will be responsible for the expansion project of the production site, including investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain technical responsibility for the site, supervising the operation of plants and equipment.
2. Monitor the execution of site expansion works.
3. Authorize improvement works and propose investments aimed at cost reduction, environmental improvements, and increasing production capacity.
4. Ensure the proper functioning of technologies.
5. Coordinate maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in managing investments for civil works or production machinery.
• Knowledge of food technologies and related compliance requirements.
• Experience in Project Management of new production lines, improvements, or reconversions.
