ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Their duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your knowledge of science and math to develop the most streamlined, efficient methods for component and parts distribution. You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts, and help define and design material flow and infrastructure to maximize transportation and reduce indirect costs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with all government laws and regulations
• Analyzing production processes, schedules, methods, and data to provide reports that help business leaders understand future manufacturing requirements
• Reviewing and calculating labor, material, and other production costs, and analyzing schedules and future production needs
• Planning workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency
• Tracking projects, benchmarking, and standardizing and optimizing processes

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in complex environments in roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer

  • You can work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver on time
  • You are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies
