In our Legnago facility, we manufacture standard and custom-made solutions for heavy-duty vehicles focusing on electromechanical shifting, power control, and circuit protection. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement by analyzing production processes, solving technical issues, and supporting the production team to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent product quality.
This role is based in Legnago and reports directly to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
About the job:
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to identify and resolve process-related production issues, minimizing downtime
Analyze errors and deviations in the production process and implement effective solutions to resolve them
Prepare technical reports, update work instructions and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Communicate improvement opportunities to higher management and support implementation
Stay up to date with new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes
Support the Purchasing Department in the technical analysis of supplier proposals and play a key role in driving final decisions
About you:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or similar role
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing company preferred
Understanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems is a plus
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Open-minded and proactive in bringing new ideas and solutions to improve processes
