Manufacturing Controller Trainee

For our Milan HQ, from beginning of May 2025, we are looking for a motivated recent graduate who is eager to deepen the knowledge of industrial processes. The Manufacturing Controller Trainee will support key activities related to performance monitoring and internal control processes of Manufacture.

Do you match this profile?

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing company is considered a plus.
• Passion for Manufacturing and a strong interest in industrial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of Excel; Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
• Accuracy, analytical mindset, and team spirit.
• Fluency in Italian (mandatory) and English.
• Autonomous and able to prioritize.
• Problem solving oriented and working by objective mindset.
• Integrity, positive and can-do attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment.

What do we expect from you?

• Support in monitoring the performance of Buccellati’s Ateliers through industrial KPIs.
• Collect and analyze production data using Excel.
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting and production cost analysis.
• Participate in the preparation of industrial forecasts and budgets.
• Contribute to variance analysis and product profitability evaluation.
• Support internal control activities related to Manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the industrial teams and the Senior Manufacturing Controller to guarantee data integrity in SAP master data
