Competenze

For our Milan HQ, we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic Manufacturing Controller who has already developed strong relevant experience, ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently. The resource will report directly to the Senior Manufacturing Controller.

Do you match this profile?

• Degree in scientific fields (Finance, management engineering or equivalent qualification)
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, possibly in an international environment or Big Four companies
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4H, specifically in the sub-modules related to Manufacturing Controlling (SAP modules CO/FI/PP/MM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
• Strong relational skills: able to adapt communication style, collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams, and present and challenge business partners
• Problem-solving oriented with an objective mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with integrity, positivity, and a can-do attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment

What do we expect from you?

• Monitor and track manufacturing KPIs for performance assessment
• Lead manufacturing controlling projects across six production sites and contribute to digitalization in industrial controlling
• Act as a business partner: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts
• Develop budgets, estimates, and rolling forecasts in line with financial frameworks, managing reporting within Richemont's consolidation system (Anaplan)
• Support the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing projects, providing detailed cost analysis for jewelry and silver production, and develop common guidelines
• Monitor production progress to maximize product availability and on-time delivery
• Analyze production costs, margins, product costs, and inventory activities; communicate monthly results to the manufacturing team
• Foster proactive collaboration with all industrial departments
• Implement and maintain internal controls to support manufacturing activities effectively
