Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Receive and store raw materials, pick and pack products for shipment, and ship orders.
• Inspect materials for orders, verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates, and product part number.
• Reconcile inventory, perform cycle counts, and data entry functions as assigned.

Essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to identify and solve routine problems in the work area with the management team.
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train and work in multiple areas of the facility as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working on high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Computer experience using Oracle and Microsoft applications.
• Prior experience in an FDA/ISO regulated environment.

Forklift Driver Position

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday, and 7am – 11am on Friday.

The Distribution Specialist (1st Shift, Forklift Driver) assists with and/or performs receiving and shipping functions accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution operation. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving, storing, cycle counting, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Inspecting materials and creating documentation.
• Reconciling inventory and performing data entry.

Conditions/Authority Levels

• Receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Adheres to policies and procedures.
