NOUBA is seeking a Digital & E‑Commerce Executive to support the management and growth of digital sales channels, with a strong focus on the official e‑commerce website, marketplaces and TikTok Shop. The role is hands‑on, spanning e‑commerce operations, digital marketing and performance monitoring, collaborating with Milan‑based teams and HQ in China.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
• Good understanding of marketplaces, social commerce and the main digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with digital analytics, performance marketing and e‑commerce KPIs.
• Fluent Mandarin/Chinese is mandatory; fluent English and Italian are mandatory.

Mansioni

• Manage day‑to‑day updates of the e‑commerce website (product catalogue, content, pricing, promotions).
• Develop and operationally manage marketplaces and TikTok Shop activities.
• Execute and coordinate online product launches and digital campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion, sales and key e‑commerce KPIs.
• Support performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with external agencies and digital partners to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and international teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
