We provide design tools, e-commerce solutions, and supply chain support to help them launch their lines online. Our community is international, comprising designers, artists, students, and shoe lovers. Our mission is to support and nurture them to realize their fashion dreams. Our facilities are based in Italy's renowned Shoe Valley in Le Marche. We are a diverse team of over 28 people across Italy, UAE, USA, and The Netherlands, operating mainly in the US market, leading a revolution in footwear and fashion tech.

Job Title: Managing Director - Italy

Location: Marche and Abruzzo, Italy (with international travel)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead HR management for the Italian unit, supporting leaders in Marche and Abruzzo.
  2. Manage administrative and financial operations across Italy, Holland, and the US, including compliance, P&L, and balance sheets.
  3. Optimize workflow in supply chain operations.
  4. Perform cost control and pricing strategies.
  5. Manage relations with production partners and suppliers.
  6. Coordinate with founders and align with international teams on growth and culture.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in international e-commerce, tech, fashion, or related fields.
  2. Experience in administration and finance within international companies.
  3. Passion and knowledge of fashion-tech and the fashion industry.
  4. Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
  5. BSc/BA required; MSc/MBA is a plus.
  6. Experience working abroad (1-3 years) is preferred.
  7. Fluent in Italian and English.
  8. Strong organizational, project management, and operational skills.
  9. Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.

Compensation includes shares, performance bonuses, and a salary range depending on experience.
