Your Tasks - What You can expect as Managing Director (f/m/d) for Italy?

As Managing Director for Italy, you will develop, implement, and monitor the country strategy, objectives, and business plans in line with the region and Business Units, as well as execute corrective actions if deviations occur.

You will take full local P&L responsibility for our two sites in Italy and develop as well as implement an efficient organizational structure and processes to reach targets in agreement with the region, BUs, and the Corporate Center.

You will ensure that business plans and financial objectives are achieved and that Siegwerk is successfully positioned with its products and service portfolio.

You will make sure that defined sales targets are achieved and will be an important stakeholder for our national and international clients, as well as internal stakeholders.

You will ensure the implementation of new products and technologies, state-of-the-art customer services, as well as efficient production and supply chain management.

You will be responsible for all upcoming HR and finance topics in collaboration with the responsible colleagues.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Managing Director (f/m/d) for Italy?

• Based on your university degree, you have relevant management experience in the ink or packaging industry, desirable as Managing Director.
• You have a strong network in the market and quickly understand relevant processes and business models in the ink industry.
• You have a pragmatic and transparent approach, as well as strong decision-making skills.
• You are able to think through problems analytically and develop successful solutions based on this.
• You enjoy working in a matrix organization with colleagues from different regions, BUs, and the Corporate Center.
• You are a great communicator in Italian and English.
• You are able to be primarily on-site in Poppi but also in Oleggio to stay in close contact with the organization and the people.
