Your Tasks

• You advise and coach our customers in the insurance environment in agile transformation and digitization projects.
• You develop approaches to agile transformation and implement the transformation roadmap, including change and qualification concepts.
• You facilitate agile meetings and workshops at technical and executive levels.
• You represent an outcome-oriented approach in all interactions with customers, focusing on added value.
• You support the development of our services, train employees, and contribute ideas and key topics.

Your Profile

• You have expertise as a manager and coach.
• You have experience managing consulting projects.
• You possess methodological knowledge in moderation, change management, and team development.
• You have knowledge of the insurance environment.
• You are fluent in German (at least C1) and English.
