As a UX / UI Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Sky’s digital future by designing innovative and functional user experiences. You will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and developing cutting-edge interfaces, working closely with strategic and development teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead UX / UI design efforts to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital platforms.
2. Conduct user research to analyze behaviors and needs, developing intuitive and user-centric solutions.
3. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems to support the development process.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of design solutions.
5. Continuously improve the digital experience through usability testing, data analysis, and user feedback.

Required Qualifications:

While there’s nothing that can’t be learned, it’s preferable that you have:

• A degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility.
