Join Deloitte Consulting as a Cluster Sport Results Manager in Milan, working in a Hybrid mode. Be part of the Olympic Movement and help deliver excellence at the Olympic Games.

Your Role:

• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee planning and readiness of Results Services, coordinating with various partners.
• Act as the primary contact for the IOC and International Federations regarding results.
• Participate in defining and validating the Olympic Data Feed and ensure facilities meet standards.
• Identify gaps between Test events and the Games, providing reports to improve processes.

Winning Requirements:

• Experience in results management at Olympic or major multi-sport events, with knowledge of ORIS, PRIS, and ODF processes.
• Leadership skills in client, process, and people management, with project and risk management capabilities.
• Technical proficiency with relevant software tools like ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Fluency in English; Italian and French are a plus.
