Job Description:

Your Tasks

• Supporting our portfolio companies in their turnaround journey, by working closely with the management board and the Mutares team
• Establishing a business plan incl. a turnaround concept and driving the implementation together with the Mutares team and the portfolio company, including the management of different stakeholders
• Assessment of strategic decisions (e.g. Insourcing/Outsourcing) together with the local teams and the Mutares team
• Supporting the acquisition and integration process of add on acquisitions
• Establishing the management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields and in transformations, restructuring or turnaround situations
• Master studies in the field of economics, engineering, science or similar with outstanding results
• Structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach to solve problems and drive impact combined with an entrepreneurial and team mindset
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex situations with strong commitment and motivation
• Fluency in Dutch and English, another European language is a plus
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week within EUROPE (typ. Mo-Thu)
