Job Description

Your Tasks

• Support our portfolio companies in their turnaround journey, working closely with the management board and the Mutares team.
• Establish a business plan including a turnaround concept and drive its implementation with the Mutares team and the portfolio company, managing different stakeholders.
• Assess strategic decisions (e.g., insourcing/outsourcing) with local teams and the Mutares team.
• Support the acquisition and integration process of add-on acquisitions.
• Establish management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company.

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields such as transformations, restructuring, or turnaround situations.
• Master's degree in economics, engineering, science, or similar with outstanding results.
• Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and impact driving, combined with an entrepreneurial and team mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex situations with strong commitment and motivation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week within Europe (typically Monday to Thursday).
