We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Trade Marketing to join our team and lead the trade marketing activities in the Southern Europe region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our brand across multiple markets. Location: Italy, Spain or France

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Hub trade marketing team.
  • Hire, evaluate, guide, and coach the area trade marketing specialists team.
  • Build and manage the Hub Trade marketing budget.
  • Manage allocation in alignment with Hub Sales leader based on Hub brand, market, and customer audit conclusions.
  • Make trade-off decisions based on short-term mitigation needs in alignment with Hub Sales leader.
  • Define and lead the execution of Hub trade marketing plans.
  • Consolidate Hub Customer requirements in terms of sell-out, sell-in promotions, and customer engagement needs.
  • Ensure the creation of synergies and sharing of best practices within the hub.
  • Input to Cross Hubs TM leader on asset needs prior to AOP definition.
  • Track the implementation of trade marketing plans within hub sales areas and ensure post-mortem learnings.
  • Ensure proper localization and deployment of sales activation calendar with sales enablement team.
  • Support Hub Brand BtoC activation plans execution.
  • Coordinate brand content translations with the hub TM team.
  • Provide Hub insights to the central team for specific local needs.

Main Interactions:

  • Work daily with Hub Sales Leader on trade marketing plan implementation, performance tracking, and trade-off decisions.
  • Collaborate with Central Trade marketing team to input on specific Hub needs.
  • Coordinate with Central Brand leaders on brand content and activation localization.
  • Work with Brand performance managers on market audit learnings and target proposals.
  • Coordinate with sales enablement team on sales activation calendar localization and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Hub revenue management team on performance, mitigation activities, and budget needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or similar within FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the European markets and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and develop strategies.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Nordic) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
