What you will be doing
  • Directing, coaching, and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide the highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment.
  • Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets, and goals.
  • Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget.
  • Leading continuous optimization and improvement of business processes.
  • Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting.
