Manager - Sr. Manager - Operations (From Coil Spring Industry)

Achieve production monthly targets by resource planning.
Execute productivity measures, process improvements & process capability studies.
Ensure product quality.
Motivate and lead the team of workers & other operations team members.

Required Candidate Profile

1. 5 years of proven track record at world-class coil spring industry.
2. Knowledge of milling, grinding, lapping, fine blanking, and assemblies.
3. ISO/ITF16949 exposure is a must.
4. Exposure to SAP.
