Position : Manager, Paid Services Account Management

We are seeking a results-driven team leader with retail experience to lead China-based sellers in maximizing their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces. The role involves delivering top-tier customer service, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing post-sales support to third-party sellers. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, monitoring performance, and working proactively to address issues impacting revenue. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and collaborating across teams to ensure effective communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team to support sellers in growing their Amazon Store businesses.
  • Optimize workflows to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Hire, develop, and retain talent within the team.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of seller performance issues and provide insights for product and process improvements.
  • Analyze market trends, diagnose performance root causes, and develop operational improvement plans.
  • Define account territories, opportunities, and set goals.
  • Identify key business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Implement best practices and SOPs in account management.
  • Establish success criteria and understand the business needs of large sellers in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure a high standard of seller experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data and utilizing best practices to drive performance.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience with analytical and account management tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, or Salesforce.
  • Over 5 years of experience hiring and leading digital advertising teams.
  • Experience in annual brand and media planning.
