Descrizione del lavoro

The Manager, Operations, will be overall in-charge of the Production and Logistics department and all related functions. The incumbent will lead manufacturing operations in Breganze, including Assembly, Fabrication, Manufacturing Engineering, and Logistics.

  1. Plan and control the performance of manufacturing operations (KPIs).
  2. Support actions to realize performance of indirect operational impactors (site KPIs).
  3. Manage resource planning, investment, and budgeting.
  4. Manage the facilities plant.
  5. Coordinate and cooperate with other function heads to realize goals.
  6. Initiate and manage projects aligned with company development goals.
  7. What You Will Do
  8. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly monitor operational metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
  10. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure products/services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.
  11. Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on business operations.
  12. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Service, to align operational activities and support overall business objectives.
  13. Generate and implement improvement plans to reduce costs and improve plant performance, interfacing with the Group's central entities.
  14. Ensure integration and communication with other Group functions and customers.
  15. What You Will Bring
  16. Master/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  17. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, especially in construction industry. Good understanding/experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  18. Experience in leadership/senior management roles, with the ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership internally and externally. Business-minded, self-starter mentality, and flexible in handling change. Experience in quality methods and practices.
  19. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  20. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing best practices.
  21. Good English knowledge.
