On Location S.r.l is seeking a Hospitality Product & Inventory Manager to oversee hospitality packages and ensure exceptional event execution for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The role requires strong organizational skills, previous experience in event hospitality, and proficiency in both English and Italian, especially in managing complex projects.

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Hospitality & Inventory and the Director of Hospitality & Inventory to formulate and execute comprehensive hospitality packages aligning with the company's overarching objectives. The Hospitality Product & Inventory Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of hospitality products during the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

Responsibilities :

  • Support in meticulously managing task deadlines and milestones to meet project timelines.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the precise management of inventory and systems for the Product team.
  • Take ownership of key deliverables, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
  • Assist in problem-solving and the development of new ad-hoc products to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Act as the onsite Hospitality Product Cluster Manager during the event.

You Have These :

  • Previous experience in event hospitality, preferably in winter sports or large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Permission to work in Italy.

  • Keen attention to detail coupled with an understanding of overall project objectives.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused on high-pressure situations, with exceptional multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Quick adaptability and efficient learning of new tools and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork across diverse functions.
  • Experience in Hospitality Production venue management.
  • Previous exposure to ticketing systems and reports.

Travel :

  • Support the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics with an onsite role.
  • Potential travel to the Mountains for site visits and event delivery.
