The role involves analyzing taxation issues, providing expert advice in banking and finance, and ensuring compliance with Italian tax laws. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree and substantial experience in leading firms, alongside strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and providing ongoing advice to companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors;
• Expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
• Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• Tax litigation;
• Tax compliance;
• Application of VAT to financial transactions;
• Taxation of financial returns.

This is an ideal opportunity if you have:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms;
• Certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer;
• A master’s degree in economics and/or law;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
