Your Tasks - What You can expect as Manager Finance (f / m / d) :

• Lead the Statutory Financial statements preparation, ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, and oversee relationships with auditors, government, and tax authorities.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to HQ according to Group policies.
• Develop and maintain sound accounting and financial policies, procedures, and processes to improve financial and internal controls.
• Ensure departmental compliance with financial and administrative policies and oversee tax and corporate compliance.
• Manage and develop employees to help them perform and reach their potential.
• Assist in the ERP migration from AS to SAP.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Manager Finance (f / m / d) :

• Completed commercial vocational degree with relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations, tax, and corporate compliance.
• Organized, precise, with strong analytical and proactive skills.
• Independent, goal-oriented, with project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP FI / CO.
• Experience with a leading audit firm is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with clear communication skills.
