Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant international financial or operational restructuring experience.
• Ability to build, review and refine financial models quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; another European language is a plus.

• Routinely lead the finance workstream and/or finance organisation on site
• Fill interim CFO or Finance Director positions and work closely with the local CEO/CRO during the turnaround process of the portfolio company
• Understand and analyse the core drivers of the business, develop financial turnaround concepts and lead the end-to-end implementation of the concepts
• Prepare integrated financial plans and lead forecasting and budgeting processes
• Implement and improve sound cash management processes and manage liquidity needs on site
• Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)
• Manage and improve the relationship to external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurer, etc.)

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant, international financial or operational restructuring experience gained in consulting, private equity, banking or industry
• Master's degree in the fields of finance from a reputable university or business school
• Exceptional entrepreneurship to find and implement creative solutions, energy and drive to solve complex problems as well as resilience during distressed situations
• Ability to build, review and refine financial models quickly and accurately
• Fluent Dutch and English, another European language is a plus
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week within EUROPE (typ. Mo-Thu)
