What impact will you make?

1. Support in the definition and execution of the activities to succeed in an M&A event
2. Support to the bank in the authorization process
3. Identification of the workstream to be activated in case of integration project
4. Assessment of the impacts on business and IT processes with a particular focus to CFO ones (accounting, Planning & Control, Treasury, …)
5. Governance of the whole transaction (e.g. definition of the migration plan, management of mandatory fulfillments, …)
6. Stakeholders’ management
7. Management of the different bank’s stakeholders from business to IT to guarantee the effective migration
8. Management of external stakeholders (e.g. regulatory institutions, legal and financial advisors)
9. Management of Deloitte’s working group and coordination with other working groups
10. Business development
11. Identification of possible business opportunity related to the post merger process
12. Preparation of clients’ pitches (e.g. both M&A opportunities and other CFO related opportunities)
13. Participation to marketing and networking activities

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
2. 7/9 years experience in business consulting demonstrating:
3. Demonstrated expertise in M&A activities and related IT implications.
4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing subject matter expertise to guide technical and operational decisions.
5. Proficiency in business English and Italian to engage with FSI-specific stakeholders, though emphasis is placed on technical and process expertise
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess process inefficiencies and recommend practical, scalable solutions
7. Awareness of emerging tech trends such as AI/Gen-AI driven
8. Strategic leadership and capability to oversee multiple activities in the financial services domain
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. A plus is represented by Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an added bonus to support collaboration efforts but are not mandatory
