A leading company in the marketing sector seeks a Marketing Communications Coordinator to oversee communication strategies and execute marketing plans. The role entails collaboration with various stakeholders, including HQ and district leadership, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts are maintained across all customer interactions. Candidates should possess specialized marketing experience with a focus on electronic media, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsible for the day-to-day communication strategy related to conveying marketing and communication objectives within the designated district. Responsible for executing HQ-driven marketing, events, and social media campaigns, as well as developing, planning, and executing localized marketing efforts and events. Acts as a liaison between district stores and HQ, ensuring brand standards and guidelines are maintained, while leveraging local partnerships and resources to create engagement and business opportunities.
Works closely with NEXCOM HQ, district leadership, Navy Exchange stores, and external partners to ensure successful launch and implementation of marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives.
Position reports to the District Vice President, with weekly communication to NEXCOM Manager, Communications Strategy, and Manager, Omni Channel Marketing Operations.
The incumbent must file a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE) Form 450, as required.
Requires general or educational experience plus three years of specialized experience, which includes:
