Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Analysis & Science team as a key part of the company’s global R&D
- Develop and deploy an innovative vision for big data utilization in the EVSE industry
- Manage and support the definition and implementation of use cases for all internal data analysis & science applications
- Develop algorithms and data models using deep learning techniques to identify trends and correlations between charging variables
- Deploy AI tools to supervise and improve the performance and reliability of the chargers fleet
- Implement relevant HMIs & BIs to provide cross-functional support within the company
- Identify and deploy new development areas to optimize the production process (EOL)
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, and basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Knowledge of deep learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Experience with data analysis techniques such as regression and classification
- Skills in using visualization libraries such as matplotlib and seaborn
- Ability to develop executables (HMI) for data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with main statistical algorithms
- Attention to detail and ability to develop efficient strategies for managing large datasets
- Extensive experience in a leading scientific or technical role
- Fluency in Italian and/or German, and English
