Your Opportunity:

As Manager Compliance, reporting to the CFO, your main goal is to define, implement, and enhance solutions to regulatory changes and challenges. You will assess and monitor compliance and regulatory risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions. Additionally, you will support business owners in understanding regulations and help improve overall compliance across functions.

Your Contributions:

1. Coordinate bi-annual Corporate Steering Committee and quarterly Regional Compliance Working Group meetings.
2. Review compliance risk assessments periodically with regional, corporate, and industrial management.
3. Design, review, and implement company processes and policies for managing compliance risks, maintaining standards and procedures.
4. Support third-party due diligence during onboarding, focusing on vendors of industrial operations, and maintain vendor risk management systems.
5. Coordinate waste management outsourcing and organize compliance training with the Learning & Development Department.
6. Develop an annual compliance program and advise top management and staff on compliance risks.
7. Assist employees with gift-giving policies and maintain the Gifts Register.
8. Collaborate with Capri Loss Prevention, HSE, Sustainability, Legal, and Internal Audit teams on joint projects and committees.
9. Prepare and submit reports for compliance committees, internal audits, supervisory bodies, and auditors regarding compliance risks.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Economics, or Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a compliance department within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of global compliance regulations.
• Experience managing social compliance projects.
• Proficiency in compliance risk indicators, reporting, and procedure development.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a multinational, publicly listed group is preferred.
