Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering disciplines, with solid quantitative knowledge.
  2. Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, management, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.
  4. Additional qualifying experience in:
    1. Analyzing regulatory environments and best practices in ESG risk management for financial institutions.
    2. Implementing ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3).
    3. Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates.
    4. Understanding of corporate sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, GRI, SASB).

  • Team-building abilities.
