As a Manager of Business Banking at First Citizens, you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding business and commercial relationships in the Florence Area Market. This is a leadership role that will manage a team of Business and/or Commercial Bankers driving accountability to acquire, expand, and retain banking relationships.
In this role, you will get to:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years in commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management.
-Or-
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years in commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management.
Additional Requirements:
Strong financial analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience leading a business or commercial banking sales team.
