Competenze

• Experience in accounts payable in a multinational group is preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.

• Prepare statistics and reports for the Accounts Payable team.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the registration of incoming domestic and international invoices, assisting with registration as required and monitoring payment terms.
• Manage supplier master data and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage the posting of outgoing payments and the proper functioning of the electronic invoice receipt process.
• Reconcile open accounts and assist in the monthly and annual close.
• Prepare statistics and reports.
• Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the members of the Accounts Payable team.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Economics or Business Studies.
• Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts payable in a multinational group.
• Knowledge of Italian accounting standards; IFRS is an advantage.
• Structured and precise working style.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
