Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

Manage and grow BitMart’s local community across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter)

Plan and execute localized digital marketing and social media content to boost brand visibility and user engagement

Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and community partners to drive content collaborations and growth

Organize and execute offline events (e.g., meetups, workshops, community activations) to strengthen user connection and brand trust

Gather user feedback and community insights; work closely with product and marketing teams to improve user experience

Support local business growth by driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention aligned with core business goals

Requirements :

Solid experience in digital marketing, social media, or community management (crypto / Web3 preferred)

Strong understanding of local culture, with access to relevant user groups, KOLs, and marketing channels

Proven ability to plan and execute offline events and manage local operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Growth-driven mindset, with the ability to align community initiatives with business objectives

Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus
