For our head office in Mirano (VE), we are looking for a resource to be included in the

  • Management Office
  • as a maternity replacement.

The resource will be responsible for preparing supplier contracts, updating supplier master data and documentation, entering data in the company’s management system, drafting reports for Management and supporting the HR office.

  • Previous experience in the job;
  • Diploma in administration or degree in economics or management engineering or similar;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • Predisposition to organisation and attention to detail.
