This structured 90-day program includes training modules, leadership development, and a formal evaluation, with possible promotion to Store Manager in the same market.

During the program, you will learn inventory, merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and coaching teammates, with the potential to move into a Store Manager or Professional

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Interest in retail management and willingness to complete required training.

Mansioni

• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
