RINA is currently recruiting for a Management Consultant to join its office in Rome, Milan, Genoa, Naples, or Bari within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

In this role at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will be a vital part of the Management Consulting Division within the Industry Business Unit. You will contribute to the strategic objectives by executing projects and developing your assigned branch.

You will also take on leadership responsibilities, fostering client relationships and team development. Your role involves designing and implementing solutions in process efficiency, technology adoption, and decarbonization across sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and public entities.

Key Accountabilities

The recruit will work on public funding and subsidized finance projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being an active team member, coordinating efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Client Engagement: Acting as a key contact, understanding client needs, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Improving consulting methodologies.
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration/Finance Management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, in consulting or results-driven companies.
  • Proficiency in English, MS Excel, strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Core competencies include: Addressing the big picture, building trust, client focus, decision-making, emotional management, embracing change, promoting sustainability, and strategic thinking.
