Job Description:

Inside the restaurant, under the supervision of the F&B Manager and the Restaurant Manager, the employee is responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating daily work, supervising accounting management
  • Supervision of mise-en-place of tables and service
  • Participating in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
  • Recording orders, attending to guests, and paying attention to details
  • Supporting the hotel's needs for breakfast and room service
  • Supervising the preparation of rooms for all required services

We evaluate accommodation options for non-residents. Compensation will be in line with experience.

Availability from April to October.

Requirements include:

  • Hotel training
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of wines
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role in starred restaurants, R&C, or 4/5-star hotels
  • Strong communication and management skills, customer orientation, and teamwork
  • HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications
