We are seeking a Maître d'Hôtel for the spring/summer 2025 season to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, customer-focused, and comfortable with challenges. They should possess excellent taste and exemplary customer service skills.

The Maître manages dining room operations, oversees the front of house team, and ensures impeccable service and customer relations.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to provide personalized, high-quality service.
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager on staff development and managing daily operations according to standards.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

Requirements include:

  • Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
  • Teamwork and proactive assistance to colleagues.
  • Goal setting and resource management skills.
  • Respectful and inclusive attitude towards all staff and guests.
  • Ability to advise on pricing strategies and review them regularly.

Additional requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
  • Experience in fine dining, preferably at an international level.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine, Italian & international wines.
  • HACCP certification.

  • Gross monthly salary approximately €2,350, plus additional pays for 13th, 14th month, and TFR.
