Competenze

During SpA, authorized by the Ministry of Labour under D.lgs. 276/03 (Aut. Def. Min. Lav. Prot.1180/SG of 13/12/04), with branches across Italy, is seeking a Maitre d'Hôtel for its Caserta branch.

Job Title: Maitre d'Hôtel

Location: Trecase (NA)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the dining room operations efficiently.
2. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service.
4. Maintain standards of hygiene and safety according to HACCP norms.
5. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in managing a dining room or similar role.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Teamwork attitude.
• Availability to work from 13:00 to 22:00.
